RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Luxfin Clothing Store, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary.
Return Policy:
- The Buyer may return the Product within 72 hours from receipt of the product.
- The Product must be in its original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
Return Fees:
1. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller if the Seller shipped the wrong Color, Size or Damaged product, unwearable bad condition acquired prior customer receipt/Use or the Wrong product from what the Buyer requested or purchased.
2. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer for any other valid reason different or not related to the ones mentioned in part 1 like product quality satisfaction etc.
Refund Process:
- The Seller shall refund the Purchase Price, minus any initial delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days from receipt of returned Product.
- Refunds shall be made through the original payment method.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount shall be the Purchase Price, minus:
- Initial delivery costs (if applicable)
- Return shipping costs
Exceptions:
The Seller reserves the right to reject returns if:
- The Product is damaged or altered.
- The Product is not in its original condition.
- The Product is categorized as underwear/nightwear.
- The external packaging material is damaged or altered.

Buyer Responsibilities:

2. Provide Return Reason: Clearly state the reason for return and provide any relevant photos or documentation.
3. Await Return Instructions: Wait for our response with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Seller Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Return Request: Acknowledge the return request within 24 hours and provide return instructions and an RMA number.
2. Inspect Returned Product: Verify the condition of the returned product and check for any damage or alterations.
3. Process Refund: Refund the Purchase Price, minus any applicable deductions, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
General Communication Guidelines:
- Response Time: We strive to respond to all emails and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Clear Communication: Please ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and respectful.
- Keep Records: Keep a record of all communication, including emails, phone calls, and return tracking information.
